I’m not your typical licensed therapist!
I’m approachable. I’m real. I talk so casually during sessions that you’ll probably feel we’ve met before. I’ll challenge your thoughts, emotions, and ideas, lay out all the puzzle pieces of your life, and then help you piece them back together.

You will feel understood, heard, seen, and accepted on your journey to a life well-lived.

      I came across Martha when I was going through a difficult time and needed someone to listen and help. Martha was fantastic from the first session, always attentive, never judgmental, and assisted me in developing coping techniques that helped me get through such a terrible time in my life. Martha was able to assist me in sorting through a number of thoughts that were making me feel very stuck and hopeless at the time. It's not a quick fix, but with the determination to implement the techniques Martha taught me and the realizations I gained through therapy with her, I am doing much better overall and I am able to cope with my anxiety. I can only say that I wish I had found Martha sooner, but I also feel she came into my life at the perfect time.
